How to connect WebRTC?
WebRTC allows clients to talk to your Binom by voice directly in the browser. This reduces the time needed to resolve complex issues and makes the consultation feel more "live."
How to set up
- Find the "Enable voice chat (WebRTC)" item (Settings section → Behavior block) and enable the checkbox.
- After saving, a call button will appear on the widget or public page.
- Check: during voice communication, Binom should be able to display products on the screen upon request.
Result
Clients get the ability to quickly interact by voice with the AI employee without needing to type text or install third-party applications.
