How to set up a subscription or trial period?

Activating access allows Binom to move beyond familiarization and start working at full capacity: using your documents, price lists, and specialized roles (Seller, HR, etc.). This is a mandatory step to move from the interview with the Tutor to choosing a professional occupation for your AI.

How to set up

1. Start the dialogue: Right after registration, the system automatically opens the Binom Tutor window. Trial activation happens within this initial dialogue.
2. Choose Trial: The Tutor will offer to activate a 7-day trial period. It provides the capabilities of the Basic plan and lets you test any role from the Roles Board for free, switching between them an unlimited number of times.
3. Link a card: To launch the trial period (and the subsequent subscription), you need to prepare and link a bank card.
4. Automatic transition: After the 7 days are over, the system will automatically switch you to the Basic plan and charge payment ($75/month) if the subscription has not been canceled manually.

Result
You activate a fully functional workspace for setting up your Binom. All the data you provide to the Tutor during training will be saved and automatically activated when you move to paid mode.

Note
If you run into difficulties at this stage, you can write the phrase "I want to talk to a human" to the Tutor, and during business hours a support specialist will join the dialogue. Please note that the escalation to a live operator becomes available specifically from the moment the Trial period is activated.
