How to set up a subscription or trial period?

Purpose
Activating access allows your Binom to move beyond the introductory stage and begin full operation by using your documents, price lists, and specialized roles (Sales, HR, etc.). This is a required step to move from the Tutor interview to selecting a professional role for your AI.

How to Set It Up

1. Start the conversation: Immediately after registration, the system automatically opens the Binom Tutor chat. Trial activation takes place during this initial conversation.
2. Choose the Trial: The Tutor will offer you a 7-day trial period. It includes the features of the Basic plan and allows you to test any role from the Roles Board for free, switching between roles an unlimited number of times.
3. Add a payment card: To start the trial (and the subsequent subscription), you need to add and link a valid bank card.
4. Automatic transition: After the 7-day trial ends, the system will automatically switch your account to the Basic plan and charge $75/month, unless the subscription has been canceled manually.

Result
You activate the full working environment for configuring your Binom. All the information you provide to the Tutor during onboarding will be saved and automatically applied when you switch to the paid plan.

Note
If you encounter any difficulties at this stage, you can type "I want to talk to a human" in the Tutor chat, and a support specialist will join the conversation during business hours. Please note that escalation to a live operator becomes available only after the Trial period has been activated.
