A role is a ready-made professional entity with built-in logic (for example, Online Seller knows how to sell, while Technical Support knows how to diagnose problems).

How to set up

1. The Tutor will suggest suitable roles after the interview, or you can choose them yourself in the catalog.
2. On the role's card you can review its skills and download its resume.
3. Click the "Hire" button. During the Trial period, roles can be changed an unlimited number of times for free.
