How to connect a Telegram bot for customers?

This bot extends your business's presence in the messenger, allowing clients to place orders and get consultations in an interface familiar to them, outside the website.

How to set up

1. Open the Telegram app and find the official @BotFather bot.
2. Create a new bot using the /newbot command, give it a name, and get a unique key (API token).
3. Copy this token and paste it into the "Public Telegram bot for customers" field in the Binom dashboard (Integrations section → Telegram tab).
4. Save the settings and send a test message to the bot to make sure Binom responds and can see the product catalog.
