How to add employees through Teams?

Updated 3 min read 25 / 81

Team access allows the company owner (Owner) to delegate management of Binoms to different departments, enabling joint AI training and effective quality control.

How to set up

  1. In the "Invite member" field (Team section), enter the employee's Email.
  2. Assign the user one of five roles (for example, Operator for working in chats, or Editor for filling in the knowledge base).
  3. Click "Send invitation." The employee will receive a link by email; after clicking it, they will be automatically added to your workspace.
  4. The invited employee's subscription and AI requests will be paid from the company owner's balance.

Result
Each company specialist gets access to exactly those assistants they are responsible for (for example, the sales department only sees the Sales Binom), while the owner retains centralized control over security and team seat limits.
