How to change a role:

1. Navigate to the Business Profile (or Company) section of a specific Binom.
2. Select a new specialization from the drop-down menu of hired roles (Hired Roles).
3. Click Update, and the employee will instantly start applying data through the logic of the new profession.

Important nuances:

• Customization reset: If you trained a Binom for one role and then switched it to another, returning to the first role will result in the loss of its specific settings (such as Tone of Voice and decision-making rules).
• Recommendation: To preserve your progress, it is better to create separate Binoms within a single account for distinct ongoing tasks (e.g., one for Sales and another for HR).
