Can a single AI employee operate simultaneously across all communication channels?

Yes, a single AI employee (Binom) can simultaneously serve clients across all connected communication channels.

Key features of omnichannel performance:

  • Unified coverage: The same employee operates via website (widgets, iFrame), messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp), social networks (Facebook, Instagram), telephony (inbound and outbound calls), and QR codes.
  • Shared knowledge: The Binom uses a unified knowledge base and maintains corporate service standards, regardless of which channel the client uses to reach out.
  • Centralized management: All messages from different sources are automatically gathered in a single window – the Chats section. This enables the operator to view interaction history and manage all correspondence within a single interface.
  • Convenience and scale: Clients use platforms they are familiar with, while the business scales support and sales without a proportional increase in headcount.

Yes. One AI consultant for business built on Binom works simultaneously on your website, in messengers, social networks, email, and by phone, answering from one knowledge base. The customer writes where it is convenient for them, and your team sees all conversations in the "Chats" section and can join any of them when needed.

What all channels have in common

What is needed to connect channels

Channels are connected in the Integrations section by a user with Owner or Admin rights (access levels). On the Free plan, only the public link is available (Free plan limits); API and SIP telephony are available on the Pro and Business plans (plan comparison).

How to switch to the plan you need:

  1. Find out which plan you need: in the Integrations section, hover over the gray card. The tooltip "Upgrade to …" will name the most affordable plan that includes the channel you need. For how the Free, Basic, Pro and Business plans differ, see how much Binom AI costs.
  2. Open Subscription. If you are on the free plan, click "Choose plan". If you are on a paid plan, click "Compare plans".
  3. Select a plan and a billing period (monthly, every 3 months or annually), then click "Confirm and pay". The payment page will open.
  4. After payment, you will see "Subscription payment successful!" Go back to Integrations, where the card will be marked "Available".

Want to try it first? The 7-day trial period includes the features of the Basic plan. See how to start a subscription or trial period. If you see "Payment was not completed. Your plan has not changed" after paying, try the payment again or write to support@binomai.com, including your account email and the plan you selected.

Where this already works

In a case study of an online household chemicals store, a single Binom Seller works on the website, in Telegram, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. In a case study of technical support, it works on the website, in the mobile app and by phone.

Other common questions

Will the AI's answers be the same on the website and in messengers?
