How to check that Binom Tutor understood the company correctly?

This is a validation stage that ensures Binom will communicate in accordance with your Tone of Voice and corporate standards.

How to set up

1. After analyzing your data, the Tutor will draw up a summary: the employee's tasks, communication rules, and restrictions.
2. Read the text. If the Tutor got something wrong (for example, stated the wrong currency or delivery terms), write the corrections directly in the chat.
3. Confirm the settings only after the summary becomes fully correct.
