How to set up a local team for a new Binom?

Team access allows the data of different departments to be isolated from each other. This ensures security: employees in Poland will only be able to see and control the "Polish" Binom, without access to the chats or documents of the Spanish branch.

How to set up

1. Go to the "Team" section of the specific Binom.
2. Add local specialists (operators, moderators, administrators) by their Email.
3. Grant them access rights only to this synthetic employee.
4. The account owner retains centralized control over all of the company's Binoms.

Result
Each local department independently manages its own digital assistant, while you retain overall control over seat limits and the security of the entire organization.
