Verification is needed to confirm that the new employee has successfully "seen" all the documents and cards shared with them and is ready to use them in dialogues with clients.
How to set up
- Open the chat with the new employee's Binom Tutor.
- Ask the Tutor to confirm that it sees the information passed on from the first Binom. The Tutor will analyze the available sources and provide confirmation.
- Run the Binom Examiner tool to automatically test the new knowledge: it will check whether the AI follows the instructions and whether its answers contradict the shared cards.
