What to do if the company does not have an automated catalog – can product data be uploaded manually or via a spreadsheet?

If you don't have an automated catalog, you can upload data manually or via a spreadsheet (CSV):

• Manual entry: Available on the Free plan (up to 100 products). You manually add descriptions, images, and links for each item.
• Upload via CSV (spreadsheet): Supported on Basic plans and higher. This is the optimal option for small catalogs or infrequent updates.
• How to do it: In the Price Lists section, you can download a ready-made CSV template with columns: id, title, description, price, category, brand, url, image_url. Once filled out, simply upload the file back into the system.
• Flexibility: When re-uploading a CSV, the system checks products by ID: existing data is updated, and new products are added to the database.

To train the AI employee, you can also use documents (PDF, DOCX) or simply provide links to product pages on your website.
