How to pass knowledge cards through Cards?
Cards have the highest priority over documents. Sharing cards allows you to instantly "teach" the new Binom exact answers to frequent questions (FAQ), objection-handling rules, and proven sales scenarios.
How to set up
- Go to the "Cards" section of the source Binom.
- Mark the cards that contain universal knowledge (for example, the Seller's behavior strategy or answers to typical complaints).
- Share the selected cards with the new synthetic employee via the shared access system.
Result
The new Binom immediately inherits the accumulated communication experience and the best response options, personally approved by you, which eliminates errors at the start of its work.
