Who will help set up the platform at the start?

At the start, your primary assistant is Binom Tutor. It guides you through all stages of creating and setting up an employee via a standard dialogue. The Tutor will conduct an interview, help upload the knowledge base and price lists, and select the right profession for your Binom.

If the Tutor's assistance is not enough, the following options are available:

• Binom Tech Support: A dedicated tech support widget located in the bottom-right corner of your account control panel. It is available on all plans, including the Free plan.
• Live Specialist: You can invite a Binom AI expert to assist with integrations and complex technical settings. This option is enabled on paid plans and during the Trial period.
• External Contractors: If you hire an agency or integrator, you can grant them Admin access rights. This will allow them to configure the system without gaining access to your financial data or account deletion controls.
