What is a digital team, and how are tasks distributed among different AI employees?
A digital team is a group of several synthetic employees (Binoms) within a single company, operating inside one account. Instead of trying to create one "universal" assistant, you build a staff of narrow-profile specialists for different tasks or departments.
Task distribution is achieved through:
- Role assignment: Each Binom is assigned its own "profession" (Online Seller, Technical Support, HR, etc.), which defines its communication logic, goals, and business scenarios.
- Knowledge specialization: You train each employee strictly on the data required for their specific job (for instance, providing a legal assistant access to contracts, and a salesperson access to price lists).
- Knowledge Sharing: General corporate information (details, contacts, delivery terms) can be selectively shared among all team members to avoid file duplication.
This allows you to automate different departments simultaneously while maintaining a clear structure of responsibility and unified operational standards across the entire company.
