- Connect the API in Integrations → API tab and get a key – Binom public API.
- If your CRM needs to receive events, enter the webhook URL on the same tab – the message "Webhook URL updated!" will appear.
- Give the developer the key, the webhook address, and a description of which data the CRM needs (contacts, orders, messages).
- Check with a test dialog that the record has appeared in the CRM.
