Search sequence when processing a request:

1. Price lists and catalogs: Checks product details, prices, and availability first.
2. Knowledge base (Cards and Tutor): Searches structured knowledge and rules.
3. Uploaded documents: Searches through files (PDF, DOCX, etc.) if no answer is found in the first two sources.

Data conflict priority (from highest to lowest):

1. Business Profile: Holds the highest priority over all other sources for contact information and company details.
2. Price List: Acts as the master benchmark source for all product-related data.
3. Knowledge Cards (Cards): Serve as "constant blocks" and take precedence over any uploaded documents. If card data conflicts with a file, the AI will select the card data.
4. Tutor Knowledge: Information discussed with and structured by the Tutor takes precedence over raw files uploaded directly without discussion.
5. Uploaded files: Treated as supplementary reference material and used only when data is absent from higher-priority sources.

If verified information is missing across all sources, the system will not invent an answer; instead, it will state that data is unavailable or offer to route the query to a live operator.
