How to connect a Telegram bot for employees?

The bot serves as a hub for operational notifications for your team, instantly informing employees about new orders, complaints, or requests that require human intervention.

How to set up

1. Create a separate bot for internal needs via @BotFather and get its API token.
2. Paste the token into the "Internal Telegram bot for team notifications" field (Integrations section → Telegram tab).
3. In the "Select events for notification" list, check the boxes for the items you need, such as "New order," "Contacts left," or "Urgent operator call."
4. Activate the bot by sending it the /start command in Telegram itself.
