Who helps set up the AI employee, and how does the onboarding process work at the start?

Your primary setup assistant is Binom Tutor, and the AI employee onboarding process takes place via dialogue, taking approximately 20-30 minutes.

Who helps with setup:

• Binom Tutor: A personal digital consultant that guides you through all stages via a standard dialogue.
• Binom Tech Support: Platform technical support (widget in your account control panel) to answer reference questions.
• Live specialists: Assist with complex integrations and infrastructure on paid plans or during the Trial period.
• External partners: You can invite integrators or agencies by granting them Admin access rights for technical configuration.

Onboarding stages at the start:

1. Registration: The system automatically creates your first Binom and opens the Tutor window.
2. Training (Interview): You tell the Tutor about your company, upload instructions (PDF, DOCX), price lists (CSV), or provide website links.
3. Role selection: Based on your data, the Tutor suggests a suitable role (sales, support, HR) from the Roles Board catalog.
4. Launch: You select communication channels (website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, or telephony). Setting up a single channel takes between 5 and 20 minutes.

After this, the employee is ready to perform real business tasks starting on their very first day.
