How to explain the task to Binom Tutor?

Purpose
The Tutor is your single configuration interface. Instead of manually filling in technical fields, you describe your business goals through a natural conversation.

How to Set It Up

1. Open the Binom Tutor chat.
2. Describe your AI employee's task in simple terms, as if you were giving instructions to a new human employee. For example: "Provide consultations about our services, handle customer objections, and pass leads to the CRM."
3. Answer the Tutor's follow-up questions. In most cases, about 10 clarifying questions are required to configure the strategy.

Result
The system automatically builds the knowledge base and selects the optimal behavior strategy for your Binom.
