How to connect Facebook Messenger and Instagram?

Allows Binom to handle incoming messages in Direct and Messenger, using a unified knowledge base and up-to-date information about your company's products.

How to set up

1. In the Meta integrations section (Integrations section → Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp tab), the connection is often made via an API key from third-party services (for example, HelpCrunch).
2. Enter the required access key and click the "Connect" button.
3. After authorization, make sure that messages from social networks start arriving in the shared Chats panel.
