The mechanism allows shared corporate knowledge (brand history, values, general instructions) to be used for several Binoms at once. This eliminates the need to re-upload and re-index the same files for each branch.
How to set up
- Go to the "Documents" section of the Binom where the information has already been uploaded.
- Select the files that contain information common to the whole company.
- Use the Knowledge Sharing feature to share these documents with the new Binom. The new employee will get "Read only" access to them.
Result
Within minutes, the new branch receives the company's verified information base, which ensures compliance with unified corporate standards across all regions.

A new branch gets a verified company knowledge base within minutes, which ensures that unified corporate standards are followed in all regions.
One knowledge base for several bots: step by step
- In the Binom where the document is uploaded, open Documents.
- Click the Share icon next to the document: the Grant Access window will open.
- Under Select target Binom, choose the recipient and click Grant Access: Access granted will appear.
- The person responsible for the recipient Binom switches to it in the cabinet header, opens Documents and clicks Accept access. To decline, click Decline request.
The received document works in the recipient's responses, but "Shared resources are available in this Binom in read-only mode". If the original document is updated, all recipients will see the changes. Owners and Administrators can share.
How to revoke access to a document
For the document, click Share again and select Revoke access (or Cancel request if it has not been accepted yet). The recipient can click Leave access. While access is granted, the document cannot be deleted. All accesses are visible in Team → Shared access tab.
