How to set the primary language?

Defines the "starting" language in which Binom will first address the client.

How to set up

1. In the drop-down list of the Behavior block (Settings section), select the primary language.
2. To work in international markets, enable the "Multilingual Mode" checkbox.
3. In this mode, if a client writes in a different language, Binom will instantly switch to the language of the conversation partner.

Result
Binom correctly starts the dialogue, providing comfortable communication for clients from different countries.
