How to adjust the communication style of an AI employee to match the Tone of Voice (spirit and values) of my brand?
Adjusting an AI employee's Tone of Voice in Binom AI is done through several key tools that allow you to adapt it to your brand's spirit and values:
- Role selection (Roles Board): Each profession (salesperson, tech support, etc.) already comes with a behavioral strategy and communication style established by experts. Before hiring, you can conduct an "interview" using the Interview me button to test Binom's manner of speech.
- Elevator Pitch (Business Profile): In this section, you describe the company's values and positioning. The AI uses this data as the foundation for its "self-awareness" and communication style.
- Tutor Cases (Cases): In Binom Tutor, you can create distinct conceptual directions, such as a Values & Philosophy case. This allows for targeted training on brand philosophy without mixing it with other knowledge.
- Knowledge Cards (Cards): Used for strict rule enforcement. If you require specific formulations or mandatory communication scenarios, a card (acting as a constant) takes priority over any other documents.
- Welcome message (Init Message): Configured in the Settings section, it sets the first impression and the tone of dialogue across all communication channels.
- Chat retraining: If Binom responds out of character in a real dialogue, you can edit the response in the Chats section and save it as a new card. The employee will instantly adopt the corrected Tone of Voice.
For visual alignment with your brand, you can also customize the widget or public page logos and colors in the Settings and Integrations sections.
