What can the Consultant role do on the Free plan, and for which tasks are its capabilities sufficient?

On the free plan (Free), only one role is available – the "Consultant," which acts as a "digital receptionist" or information provider.

Role capabilities:

  • Information provision: Answers standard questions about the company and services, and details product benefits.
  • Data utilization: Uses a text-based knowledge base (FAQ) and a manual price list of up to 100 items.
  • Channels: Communicates exclusively via a branded public webpage using a unique link.

For which tasks this is sufficient:

  • Testing: Getting hands-on experience with the principles of training and operating synthetic employees before upgrading to paid packages.
  • Personal digital business card: Suitable for experts, doctors, or consultants who need to provide clients with a link to a "digital twin" for answering FAQs.
  • Small business: Initial handling of a small stream of inquiries (up to 250 requests per month) where messaging apps and complex automation are not required.

Limitations: The role cannot sell, identify needs, close deals, or guide clients through the sales funnel. This plan excludes integrations with messaging platforms, APIs, and the ability to upload files (PDFs, images) for training.
