The TikTok Ads integration with Binom answers questions about TikTok ads right in the conversation: your AI employee shows campaign results, pauses or enables a campaign, and changes the budget of an ad group. TikTok Ads is available on request in your Binom account: Integrations → More integrations → TikTok Ads.
What Binom can do in TikTok Ads
Binom here means your AI employee. After you connect TikTok Ads, it calls the service's actions when the conversation needs that data. You decide which actions it can use. In the account, each action is labeled: read (Binom only looks at the data), write or delete (Binom changes or deletes data in TikTok Ads).

Can Binom show TikTok ad results?
Yes. The owner asks in the chat, and Binom generates a campaign report ("Get Integrated Report"): spend, impressions, clicks.
Pausing and budgets
On command, Binom pauses or enables a campaign ("Update Campaign Status") and changes an ad group's budget ("Update Ad Group Budget").
What access you will need
Connection methods to choose from: sign in with OAuth 2.0 (you log in to your service account and confirm access); a sandbox test token. Connecting is done by signing in to your TikTok ad account. Details for each method are shown in the "Authentication" section on the TikTok Ads page in your account.
How to get the TikTok Ads integration
TikTok Ads is available on request: first the Binom team sets up the integration for your account. General catalog rules are described in the guide how to connect a service from "More integrations".
- Open Integrations → More integrations, type "TikTok Ads" in the "Search integrations" field, and open the TikTok Ads card.
- The page "TikTok Ads integration for assistant" will show the message "Integration is available on request. Request it now, and we will set it up for you as a priority." Assistant here means your Binom. The "Authentication" section shows which access you will need, and the "Actions" list shows everything Binom can do in TikTok Ads.
- Click "Request integration". You will see "Request sent. You will get a notification when the integration is available.", and the button will change to "Requested".
- A Binom setup specialist will contact you. When the integration is ready, a "Connect" button will appear on the TikTok Ads page.
- Click "Connect", go through the steps in the "Connect TikTok Ads" window, and click "Done". After "Connecting…", the status will change to "Connected". If "Confirmation has not arrived yet. The connection may still complete. Check again in a minute." appears, click "Check again".
How to choose what Binom can do in TikTok Ads
A connected integration does nothing until you allow actions. The account says it directly: "Select the actions the assistant can call. Until something is selected, it has no access to any action."
- On the TikTok Ads page, tick the actions you need in the "Actions" list. The "Filter actions" field helps you find them by name. The counter shows how many are selected.
- Check the "Ask before changing data" toggle. It is on by default: before a write or delete action, Binom describes what it plans to do and waits for your response.
- Click "Save". The message "Allowed actions saved" confirms the changes.
To start, "List Campaigns", "Get Integrated Report" and "Update Campaign Status" are enough. Add write and delete actions when you are ready to trust Binom with changes in TikTok Ads.
How to check that the integration works
- Start a new chat with your Binom, for example through a public chat link, ask about last week's spend, and compare it with TikTok Ads.
Possible problems
Binom does not use TikTok Ads data in its answers
What to check: TikTok Ads status is "Connected", and the needed actions are selected (for example "Get Integrated Report").
What to do: select the actions and click "Save".
How to tell it is fixed: "Allowed actions saved" appears, and in a new chat Binom answers using TikTok Ads data.
"Could not record the request. Please try again."
What to do: click "Request integration" again. If the message repeats, write to support@binomai.com with the name of your Binom and the integration (TikTok Ads).
How to tell it is fixed: the button shows "Requested".
"Integration is temporarily unavailable. Your request has been recorded."
You do not need to do anything else: the request is saved, and you will get a notification when TikTok Ads can be connected.
"Reconnection required"
What it means: "The service no longer accepts the saved access, so the assistant does not use it."
What to do: open the TikTok Ads page in More integrations, click "Reconnect", and go through the connection window again.
How to tell it is fixed: status "Connected".
"Could not start the connection. Please try again."
What to do: click "Connect" again. If the message repeats, write to support@binomai.com with the name of your Binom, the integration (TikTok Ads), and a screenshot of the message.

"On a paid plan" instead of the connect button
The page will show "Available on a paid plan. Tell us what you need, and we will let you know when it launches." After changing your plan, go back to More integrations and open TikTok Ads again.
"You do not have permission to manage this section."
What it means: only users with the Owner or Admin access level can manage integrations.
What to do: ask the account owner to give you the Admin access level or to connect TikTok Ads themselves. More: access levels in the team.
How to tell it is fixed: after refreshing the page, the integration settings open.
If the problem is not solved, write to support@binomai.com or send "I want to talk to a person" in the Binom Tutor chat. Include the name of your Binom, the integration, and a screenshot of the message.
How to disconnect TikTok Ads
On the TikTok Ads page, click "Disconnect". The "Disconnect TikTok Ads?" window will show a warning: "The assistant will lose access to the service. To restore it, the integration will need to be connected again and the access details entered again." Confirm, and "Integration disconnected" will appear.

Do I need a developer to integrate TikTok Ads?
No. You request TikTok Ads in the Integrations → More integrations section, the Binom team sets up the integration, and then you connect the account yourself and choose the actions.
