How to delete your account and all data – deletion request in Binom
To delete your account and all data in Binom, go to the "Data and account deletion" section and submit a request. Binom will then delete your profile, chat history and media files and revoke access to Meta and Google. The action is irreversible, and full removal from all archives and backups takes up to 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account: your profile (name, email) is removed from the system.
- Access: all active connections to your Meta and Google business accounts are disconnected, and access keys are revoked.
- History: conversation logs and media files processed by AI are deleted from our servers.
How to delete your account
- Open Data and account deletion.
- Click "Submit deletion request".
- Confirm in the "Confirm deletion" window: "This action cannot be undone."
- The message "Your data deletion request has been received and is being processed." will appear.
Before deleting, export what you need: Export CSV of your cards and copies of your documents.
How long deletion takes
In line with security standards and GDPR, full removal from all archives and backups may take up to 30 days.
