Didn’t Get the Email: How to Confirm Your Email Address in Binom
If the email confirmation message hasn't arrived, check your "Spam" folder and click "Resend email" in your account. Until your email is confirmed, you can't create a Binom, so it's important to find that message. After you follow the link, you'll see "Email confirmed successfully".
How to confirm your email
- Open the email from Binom and click the link. You'll see "Email confirmed successfully".
- If the email isn't in your Inbox, check "Spam" and "Promotions".
- Make sure you registered with the correct address, with no typos.
How to resend the email
- In your account, on the "Confirm your email" banner, click "Resend email".
- Confirm: "Do you want to resend the confirmation instructions?"
- You can send the next one after a short wait: the button shows a countdown in seconds.
Possible issues
"Couldn't resend the confirmation email. Please try again later."
Wait a few minutes and try again.
The email never arrived
Write to support@binomai.com with the address you registered with.
