How to Train Your AI Employee by Topic: Cases in Binom Tutor
Cases in Tutor are separate topics for training the AI employee: each case keeps its own dialogue with Tutor, for example "Delivery", "Returns", or "New collection". This way, training doesn't get mixed up, and it's easy to return to any topic. Cases are created and switched on the Tutor page.
How to create a case
- Open Tutor.
- In the header, open the "Case" list and select "Create case".
- Fill in "Name" with a short note on the topic, and "Description" if needed.
- Click "Save". A new dialogue with Tutor on this topic will open.
How to switch between cases
Select the case you need in the "Case" list in the Tutor header. Its dialogue will open with the previous history.
