How does Binom Hostess transfer data from Telegram to Syrve?

A restaurant member of staff can send Binom a standard text message via Telegram, and Binom Hostess uses this to enter the guest's details into Syrve. For example, a waiter might provide the guest's name, date of birth and wine preference, after which the details are added to the customer management system.
