How much does a Customer Success Manager earn?

The Customer Success Manager receives an agreed fee for each client they accept.

They also receive a success commission if their work with the client leads to a successful result.

The fee per accepted client and the amount of the success commission are determined by the terms of cooperation.

The process works as follows:

Incoming Binom Ai enquiry → Customer Success Manager accepts the client → Zoom meeting → solution defined → launch → support → successful result → payment for the work + success commission.
