How to earn as a Binom Ai Prompt Engineer?
A Prompt Engineer creates, configures and customises Binom synthetic employees.
Different Binom roles vary in their knowledge, behavioural strategies, decision-making methods and task execution logic. A Prompt Engineer configures this system for a specific profession, business or client task. In the original Binom Ai description, this work includes configuring the prompt system, behaviour and action strategy, followed by testing the result.
A Prompt Engineer has two main ways to earn.
1. Customising Binom for a client
The Prompt Engineer completes training on the Binom Ai system and obtains certification.
After that, they can receive orders to customise synthetic employees for specific client tasks.
For example, a company may need to adapt an existing Binom role to its business processes, change its operating logic, add special instructions or decision-making methods, or define a particular behavioural strategy.
The Prompt Engineer performs this customisation and is paid for the work. The existing partnership model provides for the ability to work directly with clients and be paid for creating and customising Binom.
2. Creating your own Binom role and earning author income
A Prompt Engineer can create their own Binom role, which, after review, becomes available to other users and companies.
Once created, the role undergoes expert testing by Binom Ai specialists. They check whether the role actually works, how well it performs the stated professional functions, and whether it is ready for use by real clients.
If the role successfully passes expert testing, the Prompt Engineer and Binom Ai jointly determine the subscription price for the created role.
Once the price has been agreed, the role is placed on the Binom Ai Roles Board and becomes available for hire.
Users and companies can hire this synthetic specialist and use it on a subscription basis.
The role's author can see in their admin panel how many users and companies have hired the role and receives a 30% author fee from subscriptions to that role.
This means that one role created by a Prompt Engineer can continue generating income each time it is hired.
The process is simple:
Role creation → Binom Ai expert testing → subscription price agreed → placement on the Roles Board → clients hire the role → the author sees hires in their admin panel → receives a 30% author fee.

Can a Prompt Engineer also earn referral income?
Yes. One income model does not exclude another.
If a Prompt Engineer independently recommends Binom Ai and refers new clients, they can also take part in the referral programme and receive the corresponding commission.
