How to earn author income with Binom Ai?
Author income allows a Binom Ai client to monetise their own enhancements to a synthetic employee and earn income when other companies use the professional experience they created.
For example, a company hired BinomSeller and, either independently or with the help of other specialists, customised it to sell environmentally friendly household cleaning products.
During its work, the company trained Binom in the specifics of this business: it refined decision-making methods, sales strategy, customer communication logic, professional approaches, philosophy, values and other aspects of how it works.
The result is no longer simply the basic BinomSeller, but a specialised version of the synthetic salesperson built on the practical experience of a particular business.
This Binom can become an author-created role and be made available for open hire.
How to make a created Binom available for open hire?
The owner of a customised Binom can contact Binom Ai and propose making the role they created available for open hire through the Roles Board.
Before publication, the role is prepared for use by other companies. Information belonging directly to the original client is removed, including information about its products, internal company data and any other details that must not be passed on to subsequent users.
At the same time, the professional experience created in the role is retained:
- decision-making methods;
- behavioural strategies;
- professional logic;
- approaches to working with clients;
- philosophy and values;
- other improvements created during training and customisation.
The role then undergoes expert testing by Binom Ai specialists.
If testing confirms that the role genuinely works and can provide value to other users, the author and Binom Ai agree the subscription price for that role.
Once the price has been agreed, the role is placed on the Roles Board and becomes available for hire by other users and companies.

How much does the author receive?
The author receives a 30% author fee from subscriptions to the role they created each time another user or company hires it through the Roles Board.
The author can see the number of hires of their role and the associated income in their Binom Ai account.
For example, a BinomSeller created to sell environmentally friendly household cleaning products may be hired by companies in the same industry in other cities, countries and market segments. The new employer adds its own product and business information, while receiving the ready-made professional experience accumulated when the role was created.
This gives the original Binom owner an opportunity to recover some or all of the investment in training and customisation and, if the role is in demand, to generate additional author income.
The process looks like this:
Hire Binom → train and customise it → accumulate professional experience → contact Binom Ai → remove confidential data → expert testing → agree the subscription price → place the role on the Roles Board → other companies hire the role → the author receives a 30% fee.
