How to Hire an AI Employee – Binom Roles Board
Hiring an AI employee at Binom means choosing a ready-made role on the Roles Board and connecting it to your Binom: a salesperson, an HR manager, technical support, and others. The role defines the professional logic: how the AI sells, consults, or conducts interviews. Roles are hired on the "Roles Board" page of your account.
Where to find the Roles Board
Open the Roles Board. Here you get "Catalog and hired roles in one place." Find a role using "Search for a role" or the filters: by status ("All", "Available", "Hired") and by category.
How to choose a role before hiring
- Open the role card and read the description of its skills.
- Click "Chat" to talk with the role before hiring and check its style.
- Download the role's résumé. Hint: "Click to download the latest version."

How to hire an AI employee
- On the role card, click "Hire."
- Confirm: "Are you sure you want to hire …?" → "Confirm."
- If the role is paid, the payment page opens. After payment, "Payment successful!" appears. If the payment fails, you will see "Something went wrong. Payment failed." Click "Retry."
- The role gets the "Hired" label and appears under the "Hired" filter.
The role card shows how the role is connected: "Free," "Included in subscription," or a price. For the list of plans, see the plans and subscription pricing page.
How to assign a role to your Binom
- Open the Business profile.
- In the "Binom role" field, select a hired role. Until a role is selected, "Consultant (default)" is in use.

How to unsubscribe from a role
On the card of a hired role, click "Unsubscribe" and confirm with "Confirm unsubscribe."
