Spark Hire is available on request in your Binom account: Integrations → More integrations → Spark Hire. ## What Binom can do in Spark Hire Binom here means your AI employee. Once Spark Hire is connected, it calls the service's actions when the conversation needs that data. You decide which actions it can use. Yes. Binom finds the job opening ("List Jobs") and sends the candidate a video interview link ("Retrieve A Job Assessment Link"). If the link doesn't exist yet, Binom creates it ("Create A Job Assessment Link"). ## Rescheduling If the candidate can't make it, Binom reschedules the interview ("Reschedule A Candidate Assessment Item"). ## What access you will need Connection method: OAuth 2.0 with client keys. Your Spark Hire account manager issues API access. Details for each method are shown in the "Authentication" block on the Spark Hire page in your account. ## How to get the Spark Hire integration Spark Hire is connected on request: first, the Binom team sets up the integration for your account. Open [Integrations → More integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=14), enter "Spark Hire" in the "Search integrations" field, and open the Spark Hire card. 2. The "Spark Hire integration for assistant" page will show the message "Integration is available on request. Request it now, and we will set it up for you as a priority." Assistant here means your Binom. The "Authentication" block shows which access you will need, and the "Actions" list shows everything Binom can do in Spark Hire. 3. Click "Request integration". The message "Request sent. You will receive a notification when the integration is available." will appear, and the button will change to "Requested". 4. A Binom setup specialist will contact you. When the integration is ready, a "Connect" button will appear on the Spark Hire page. 5. Click "Connect", go through the steps in the "Connect Spark Hire" window, and click "Done". After "Connecting...", the status will change to "Connected". If you see "Confirmation hasn't arrived yet. The connection may still finish, so check again in a minute.", click "Check again". ## How to choose what Binom can do in Spark Hire A connected integration does nothing until you allow actions. The account states this directly: "Select the actions the assistant can call. Until something is selected, it has no access to any action." 1. On the Spark Hire page, check the actions you need in the "Actions" list. The "Filter actions" field helps you find them by name. The counter shows how many are selected. 2. Check the "Ask before changing data" toggle. It is on by default: before a write or delete action, Binom will describe what it plans to do and wait for your answer. 3. Click "Save". The message "Allowed actions saved" confirms the changes. To start, "List Jobs", "Retrieve A Job Assessment Link", "Show A Candidate Assessment Item" and "Reschedule A Candidate Assessment Item" are enough. Add the write and delete actions when you are ready to trust Binom with changes in Spark Hire. ## How to check that the integration works - Start a new chat with your Binom, for example through a [public chat link](https://binomai.com/faq/public-chat-link/), ask for a video interview link for a test job opening, and check it. ## Possible problems ### Binom doesn't use Spark Hire data in its answers **What to check:** the Spark Hire status is "Connected", and the needed actions are selected (for example "Retrieve A Job Assessment Link"). **What to do:** select the actions and click "Save". **How to tell it's fixed:** the message "Allowed actions saved" appears, and in a new chat Binom answers using Spark Hire data. ### "Could not record the request. Please try again." **What to do:** click "Request integration" again. If the message repeats, write to support@binomai.com with the name of your Binom and the integration (Spark Hire). **How to tell it's fixed:** the button shows "Requested". ### "Integration is temporarily unavailable. Your request has been recorded." Nothing else is needed: the request is saved, and you will receive a notification when Spark Hire can be connected. ### "Reconnection required" **What this means:** "The service no longer accepts saved access, so the assistant is not using it." **What to do:** open the Spark Hire page in [More integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=14), click "Reconnect", and go through the connection window again. **How to tell it's fixed:** the status is "Connected". ### "Could not start the connection. Please try again." **What to do:** click "Connect" again. Tell us what you need, and we will let you know when it launches." The "Disconnect Spark Hire?" window will show a warning: "The assistant will lose access to the service.
