Adobe PDF Services is available on request in your Binom account: Integrations → More integrations → Adobe PDF Services. ## What Binom can do with Adobe PDF Services Binom here means your AI employee. After you connect Adobe PDF Services, it calls the service's actions when the conversation needs that data. You decide which actions it can use. Yes. Binom inserts data from the conversation (name, services, amounts) into your Word template ("Document Generation"), waits for the result ("Get Document Generation Job"), and gives the client a link to the finished PDF ("Get Asset Download URL"). ## Merge and compress documents If there are several documents, Binom merges them into one file ("Combine PDFs") and reduces the file size ("Compress PDF") so the file is easy to send. ## What access you will need Connection method: sign-in via OAuth 2.0 (you sign in to your service account and confirm access). You will need a project in Adobe Developer Console with PDF Services API. Details for each method are shown in the "Authentication" section on the Adobe PDF Services page in your account. ## How to get the Adobe PDF Services integration Adobe PDF Services is connected on request: first, the Binom team sets up the integration for your account. Open [Integrations → More integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=14), enter "Adobe PDF Services" in the "Search integrations" field, and open the Adobe PDF Services card. 2. The "Adobe PDF Services integration for assistant" page will show the message "Integration available on request. Request it now, and we will set it up for you as a priority." The account states this clearly: "Select the actions the assistant can call. Until something is selected, it cannot use any of them." 1. On the Adobe PDF Services page, check the actions you need in the "Actions" list. The "Filter actions" field helps you find them by name. The counter shows how many are selected. 2. Check the "Ask before changing data" toggle. It is on by default: before a write or delete action, Binom will describe what it plans to do and wait for your response. 3. Click "Save". The message "Allowed actions saved" confirms the changes. To start, "Document Generation", "Get Document Generation Job" and "Get Asset Download URL" are enough. Add write and delete actions when you are ready to trust Binom with changes in Adobe PDF Services. ## How to check that the integration works - Start a new dialog with your Binom, for example through a [public chat link](https://binomai.com/faq/public-chat-link/), ask it to prepare a test offer from the template, and check the PDF. ## Possible problems ### Binom does not use Adobe PDF Services data in its answers **What to check:** the Adobe PDF Services status is "Connected", and the required actions are selected (for example "Get Document Generation Job"). **What to do:** select the actions and click "Save". **How to know it is fixed:** "Allowed actions saved" appears, and in a new dialog Binom answers using Adobe PDF Services data. ### "Could not record the request. Please try again." **What to do:** click "Request integration" again. If the message repeats, write to support@binomai.com with the name of your Binom and the integration (Adobe PDF Services). **How to know it is fixed:** the button shows "Requested". ### "The integration is temporarily unavailable. Your request has been recorded." Nothing else is needed: the request is saved, and you will get a notification when Adobe PDF Services can be connected. ### "Reconnection required" **What it means:** "The service no longer accepts saved access, so the assistant does not use it." **What to do:** open the Adobe PDF Services page in [More integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=14), click "Reconnect", and go through the connection window again. **How to know it is fixed:** the status is "Connected". ### "Could not start the connection.
