Almost all errors involve headers, empty required fields, link format, or file size, and they are fixed directly in the spreadsheet. The file is uploaded in the "Price Lists" section using the "Upload CSV file" button. ## How to Read an Error Message The message is structured like this: "Row No. 5 - url: Invalid URL format". The number is the row in the file (row 1 is the headers), and after the hyphen comes the column, followed by the reason. If there are several errors, they are listed one by one. A row with an error will not upload until the file is corrected. ## What the Table Should Look Like - The first row contains headers in Latin letters, as in the "CSV Template": `id,title,description,price,category,brand,url,image_url`. The `currency` column (currency) can be added optionally. - The `title` (name) and `price` (price) fields must be filled in. - Links in `url` must be complete, starting with https://. - The separator can be a comma, a semicolon, a tab, or a vertical bar: Binom detects it automatically. Upload the corrected file using the "Upload CSV file" button in [Price lists](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/prices). 2. The price list will appear in the list of sources with the status "Pending" or "Processing", then "Processed". Processing can take several hours. 3. Products will appear in the "Products" table: search for a couple of items using "Search by title, description or ID". 4. Check Binom's answers in a new dialog: "Do not check price list results in dialogs that are already open." If a price list has the status "Error", delete it using the row menu, check the file against the table above, and upload it again. ## Possible problems ### The "Upload CSV file" button is inactive **What to check:** whether another price list is being processed right now. While processing is in progress, a new upload is unavailable. **What to do:** wait for the previous file to show the status "Processed". **How to tell it is resolved:** the button has become active.
