The company keeps its knowledge in a familiar place, and the AI employee uses it without copying it into separate files. To connect, go to Integrations → Notion. ## What the Notion integration gives you - Binom imports selected Notion pages and data sources (databases) into the knowledge base. - Binom reads only the Notion content you have granted access to, extracts text from it for search, and prepares it for the knowledge base. - Selected pages sync once a day; each source shows the date of its last sync. ## How to connect Notion to Binom 1. Open [Integrations → Notion](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=11). The tab is called "Notion integration". 2. Click "Connect Notion". The Notion authorization window will open: choose the workspace and the pages that Binom will have access to. 3. After you confirm, the messages "Workspace access granted" and "Notion connected" will appear. ## How to select Notion pages for training 1. On the tab, click "Add Notion pages". The "Select Notion content" window will open. 2. Find what you need using "Search pages and data sources". Each result is labeled as either "Page" or "Data source". 3. Click "Add": the button will change to "Added", and "Notion import started" will appear. 4. Close the window with the "Close" button. The source will appear in the list with the status "Queued", then "Synced ..." with a date.
