# How to use a single shared knowledge base for the entire digital team so as not to upload files for each AI employee separately?

To use a shared knowledge base without uploading files multiple times, use the **Knowledge Sharing** feature:

- **Core concept:** An owner or administrator can selectively share access to one Binom's knowledge with other members of the digital team.
- **What can be shared:**

  - Documents (instructions, regulations, files).
  - Knowledge Cards (structured information blocks).
- **What cannot be shared:** Price lists, integrations, and telephony settings (this data remains unique to each Binom).
- **Access mode:** The receiving party gets read-only access. The administrator of the receiving Binom can opt out of using a document if it is not required for their work.
- **Result:** Information is used simultaneously by all selected Binoms, eliminating data duplication and accelerating team training.
- **Availability:** The feature is available on any pricing plan provided you have created more than one AI employee.
