New messages reach Binom immediately, without refreshing the page. 1. Open [Integrations → Instagram](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=10). 2. Click "Connect" and log in to the Instagram account that Binom will reply from. Allow the requested permissions. 3. You will return to your dashboard. If you see "Authorization accepted. The integration may appear in the list within a few seconds," wait and refresh the page. 4. The tab will show "Connected account: ...". Permissions apply only to the selected Binom. You can manage access on this tab or in the "Business integrations" section of Instagram itself. **If Binom has stopped receiving messages:** click "Refresh token," and if that doesn't help, click "Reconnect". **To disconnect:** click "Disconnect".
