Below are the checks in order. After each one, you will see what to do and how to confirm the problem is solved. ## 1. The code was copied in full **What to check:** in [Integrations → Widget](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=2) or [iFrame](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=1), the block "1. Copy the following code..." shows the code, not the message "Your plan does not include the widget integration". **What to do:** if the plan message is shown, switch to a plan that includes this integration (steps below) and copy the code again. **How to switch to the required plan:** 1. Find out which plan you need: in [Integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations), hover over the grey card. The hint "Upgrade to plan ..." names the most affordable plan that includes the widget integration. Open [Subscription](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/subscription). If you are on the free plan, click "Choose plan". If you are on a paid plan, click "Compare plans". 3. Choose a plan and a billing period (monthly, every 3 months or yearly), then click "Confirm and pay". The payment page will open. 4. After payment, you will see "Subscription payment successful!". Go back to [Integrations → Widget](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations?tab=2). The card will be marked "Available". Want to try it first? Your plan has not changed" after payment, try paying again or write to support@binomai.com, including your account email and the plan you chose. **How to confirm it is solved:** the code appears in the block. ## 2. The code is from the right Binom **What to check:** if you have several Binoms, make sure the one that should work on your site is selected in your account. The Binom ID is written in the code (`data-id`). **What to do:** select the correct Binom in your account, copy the code again, and replace the old code on your site with it. ## 3. The main code was inserted for iFrame **What to check:** the page contains block 1 (the chat window) or block 3 (dynamic loading). Block 2 alone does not create a window. It only passes the page address to the chat. **What to do:** add block 1 where the window should appear. The iFrame window is lower on the page The iFrame window loads only when the visitor scrolls down to it. Scroll to the place where the code is inserted. This is normal behavior, not an error. ## 5. The site editor did not remove the script **What to check:** open the page in your browser, right-click and choose "View page source", then look for `binomHelper.js` (Widget) or `BinomIframeId` / `binomIframe` (iFrame). **What to do:** if the code is missing, insert it using the "Custom HTML" block (WordPress) or the custom code field, not the visual text editor, which may remove scripts. **How to confirm it is solved:** the code is visible on the page, and the button or window appears after you refresh. ## 6. Changes saved If the window is there but still looks the same, click "Refresh" on the Widget or iFrame tab and open the site in a new tab in incognito mode. ## If nothing helped If the problem isn't resolved, write to support@binomai.com or send "I want to talk to a person" in the Binom Tutor chat. Please include: the address of the page where the chat doesn't appear; the copied code; a screenshot of the page; the name of your browser. ## Other common questions ### Why doesn't the widget show up on my WordPress site? Most often the visual editor removes the script. The window loads when the visitor scrolls down the page to it. This is normal.
