# Moderation Bot: Does a New Binom Need a Review? Admission Through Binom Tutor

*Updated: 19.10.2026, 18:16 UTC*

There is no moderation before launch at Binom: the Binom Tutor itself evaluates whether a new AI employee is ready, through a dialogue right in your account. As soon as the Tutor decides that Binom is ready, you can start testing it and connecting it to clients, without waiting for a manual check. A moderator steps in only if Binom breaks the rules.

## How a new Binom gets approved

1. You go through an interview with the [Tutor](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/binom-tutor-stream): you tell it about your company and provide documents and price lists.
2. Binom's synthetic employees, the Tutor and the Examiner, check whether Binom has enough knowledge and answers correctly.
3. When the Tutor decides that Binom is ready, it reports this in the chat and suggests starting testing.
4. You check the answers yourself ([how to test an AI employee](https://binomai.com/faq/how-to-test-an-ai-employees-performance-and-personally-verify-their-skills-before-launching-to-clients/)) and connect your channels.

On the [Dashboard](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet), this path is shown in stages: "Add company data", "Fill in the knowledge base", "Approval request", "Integrations and testing", "Recommended for improvement". The "Approval request" stage is the Tutor's decision that Binom is ready.

## If you see "Your Binom is currently under review"

This message in [Integrations](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/integrations) means the Tutor has not yet confirmed that Binom is ready. You don't need to wait for a moderator. Keep working with the Tutor:

1. Complete your [business profile](https://binomai.com/faq/biznes-profil-opisanie-kompanii-dlya-ii/) and watch "Profile completion".
2. Upload documents and price lists to the [chatbot knowledge base](https://binomai.com/faq/zagruzit-dokumenty-v-bazu-znanij-chat-bota/).
3. Answer the questions from the [Tutor](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/binom-tutor-stream) ([what information to provide](https://binomai.com/faq/what-company-information-should-you-provide-to-binom-tutor/)).

If you have filled in everything and the Tutor does not move on to testing, write "I want to talk to a person" in its chat, or email support@binomai.com. Include your account email and the name of your Binom.

## When a Binom can be blocked

If Binom violates the platform rules, a moderator receives a signal and may block that Binom. To find out the reason and restore operation, write to support@binomai.com with your account email and the name of your Binom.

## Other common questions

### How long does chatbot moderation take?

No time at all: there is no manual moderation before launch. The Tutor determines readiness in the dialogue.

### Can I use the account while Binom is not ready?

Yes. Fill in [Documents](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/docs), [Cards](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/cards), and [Business profile](https://app.binomai.com/cabinet/binom/info). This is exactly how you prepare for launch.
